5. TO REPLACE THE LINE ON THE SPOOL
1) Cut a piece of line approximately 16’ (4.9 m) long.
2) Insert the centre point of line into the notch in the middle section of the spool and wind the line
in a clockwise direction as shown. (see. Fig. J1.)
3) Care should be taken to ensure that the line is neatly coiled on the spool. Failure to do so will
impair the efciency of the automatic bump line feed. (see. Fig. J2.)
4) Fit the spool as described in “To Replace the Spool and Line”.
WARNING! Your trimmer is designed to only use line with a
maximum diameter of 0.08” (2 mm).
Always remove the battery pack from your trimmer after use.
