FRONT BRAKE PAD ADJUSTMENT
Front Brake Pad Replacement
To change the front brake pads on your Mini-Motorbike please follow the instructions below:
(A) Brake calliper-mounting bolts
(B) Calliper assembly
(C) Brake pad
1. Push the brake pads against the sides of the calliper’s mouth to compress the pistons
2. Unscrew the calliper bolts (A) from the fork assembly.
3. Pull the brake pads (C) out of the calliper.
4. Insert a set of new brake pads into the calliper’s mouth.
5. Screw the calliper assembly into place. Tighten the calliper’s bolts and test the brake lever repeatedly..

Proper brake adjustment and operation is critical to the safe operation of your Mini-Motorbike. Lack of
maintenance of the braking system can increase the risk of accidents, with subsequent serious injury or
even death.
