You can disable the network adaptive feature, so that the endpoint will send packets to the negotiated address other than the actual address.

  To adjust the camera angle and focus, ensure you are doing so when the endpoint is idle or during a call. Verify the batteries in the remote control are working and installed correctly. Aim the remote control at the sensor, and ensure no objects obstruct the sensor on the camera's front. Check that the LED on the camera flashes green when using the remote. Confirm you are controlling the local camera. Try rebooting the endpoint.
