You can store text messages in your phones Inbox, Sentbox, Outbox or Draftbox. Each
of the boxes can store up to 100 text messages. If the number of the text messages in
one box is more than 100, the phone will directly delete the oldest text message in the
box.
Note
To read a text message:
2. Press Menu-> Message->Text Message->Inbox.
3. Select the desired message and then press the View soft key.
Note
To send a text message:
1. Press Menu->Message->Text Message->New Message.
2. Compose the new text message. You can press the abc soft key to change the
input mode.
3. Press the Send soft key after completing the content.
4. (Optional.) Press or , or the Switch soft key to select the desired account
from the From field.
5. Enter the number you want to send the message to in the To field.
6. Press the Send soft key to send the message or the Back soft key to cancel.
Sending a text message is configurable via web user interface at the path
Features->SMS.
SMS is not available on all servers. Contact your system administrator for more
information.
If the phone prompts receiving new text messages, you can also press the View soft key
to read the new messages directly.
