INSTALLING THE HANDLEBAR

Remove the handlebar clamp on the stem by removing all screws using
an Allen wrench (5 mm Allen wrench). Install the handlebar.
Attach the stem’s faceplate (Allen Key 5mm) .

Attach the stem’s faceplate (Allen Key 5mm) .
Tighten the screws gradually with only one turn per screw in an X pattern.
This is the only way to achieve even clamping of the handlebar in the stem.
Adhere to the guidelines of the manufacturer of the stem and/or handlebar
when torqueing the screws. Make sure that the clamp gap is even
and that the handlebar is centered and inserted correctly.
The adjustment lines will help you with this.

INSTALLING/SECURING
THE SADDLE

Loosen the seat clamp by loosening the screw using an Allen wrench.
Now you can insert the seatpost and tighten the seat clamp again.
(6 mm Allen wrench)

You can adjust the saddle angle using a 6 mm Allen wrench by
loosening the screw through the saddle.

STEP
Turn the bicycle upside down. Make sure the bike is standing securely.
Loosen both retaining screws using a 4mm Allen wrench.
Remove the axle using a 6 mm Allen wrench.

Insert the end caps on the right and left side of the front hub
and press them in fi rmly.
