How to troubleshoot Z GRILLS Grill that does not work properly?

First, ensure the power cord of your Z GRILLS Grill is properly plugged into a functioning electrical outlet. If the grill still doesn't work, remove the digital control and inspect the fuse on the back; replace it if it's blown. If the draft inducer fan and auger driver motor are both running, the hot rod likely needs replacement. If either the fan or motor isn't running, contact customer support. Check all wires and connectors to confirm they are securely fastened and undamaged. Finally, check the auger drive motor by turning on the unit and observing the small fan motor blade on the motor's back; if the fan doesn't turn on, the motor needs replacing.
