Activate and connect your charging station to the Zaptec app
Once your authorised electrician has finished the installation, you can create your Zaptec user account and
register your charging station. Download the app in App Store or Google Play Store.
To activate your new charging station:
1. Open the Zaptec app.
2. You'll see a welcome message that explains how to activate your new
Zaptec Go 2, if your installer sent you an invitation.
3. Alternatively, you can tap +Addnew to start the activation process.
The Zaptec app will give you access to the complete Zaptec experience! In the app, you can monitor your
charging session and speed, lock the cable to the charging station, control access for friends and family and keep
track of your charging history. We will be continuously adding features to this app based on user needs, so look
out for updates.
