Installing the Latch Assembly
1. Place the Torsion Spring on the shaft
as shown.
2. Install the shaft sub-assembly into
the Printer Frame by rst inserting the
right side of the shaft through the hole
in the frame (as shown).
3. Insert the opposite side of the shaft
through the corresponding hole in the
frame (as shown).
4. Install the Side Latch Sensor onto
the shaft. Be sure to twist the shaft
to properly mate with the Side Latch
Sensor. The at end of the Torsion
Spring should sit in the groove of the
frame. Use a 1.5 mm Hex driver (4.7
+/- 1 in. lb.) to tighten set screw.
