The remote control,
which is available
as an optional
accessory, doesn’t
work.
The external IR receiver is not
connected.
Connect the external IR receiver.
The battery of the IR remote
control is exhausted.
Check the battery and replace it
against a new one with the same
values, if it’s exhausted.
The IR remote control isn’t pointed
at the IR receiver or there is an
obstruction blocking the signal
path between the IR remote
control and the IR receiver.
Point the IR remote control at the
IR receiver.
The IR remote control is defect.
Check the IR remote control and
replace it against a new one, of it’s
defect.
