Assembly Step 1: Measure Ceiling Height

Essential Tubes A and C

Tubes A and C are always used in the assembly process.

Tube Selection Chart

Use the chart to determine necessary tubes (B) and (D) based on distance.

Assembly Step 2: Attaching Shelves

Securing Shelves with Wedges

Place wedges on tubes and slide shelves over wedges to secure.

Assembly Steps 3 & 4: Joining Poles

Connecting Tapered Tubes

Insert tapered end of one tube assembly into the other tube assembly.

Adding Top Straight Tube

Place the straight tube (A) with spring on top of the assembly.

Assembly Steps 5 & 6: Finishing Pole Structure

Installing Caps on 1/2" Tube

Install plastic end cap with hole (G) and T-caps (F) on the 1/2" tube (C).

Integrating 1/2" Tube and Top Cap

Insert 1/2" tube (C) into straight tube (A) and slide cap (G) over the top.

Assembly Step 7: Final Placement

Connecting Short Tapered Tube

Connect the short tapered tube (D) to the bottom tube and add the vinyl end cap (H).

Securing with Tape Strips

Apply tape strips (J) around tube seams for moisture protection.

Positioning and Adjusting Unit

Lift and position the unit, then compress the top and adjust the bottom for vertical stability.
