Hood & Filter Cleaning
Cleaning Instructions
1. Power on blowers at Speed 1.
2. With nozzle on “spray”, squirt grease
cutting detergent onto blower wheel
blades 30 - 35 times. Repeat for each
blower. Leave blower on for 10 minutes.
Detergent will collect in the residue
cups.
3. Remove residue cups. Clean residue
cups and in dishwasher or clean
by hand. Install residue cups after
cleaning.
