Follow the troubleshooting guide when errors occur during the charging
process.Make sure the EVSE is connected to the Internet, then contact the EVSE
owner/operator for further instructions.
2. Troubleshooting
Note:
The EVSE must be connect to the Internet for remote diagnostics and
upgrades.
You will need to provide the following information:
• Serial Number
• Model Name
• Status Code
• Failure Behavior
• Failure Time
Note:
If an emergency occurs, push the Emergency Stop Button immediately.

When a fault occurs, follow this troubleshooting guide. See Table 1.

1. Invalid RFID card or insufficient balance.
2. Contact management staff to check Internet
connection between charger and Back-End server.
3. Code scanning or Back-End authorization failed; please
contact management staff.
4. Card reader failure or other faults; please contact your
dealer.
