ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION! Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.
STEP 1.
Unscrew the hexagonal bolt
(20) and flat washer (21)
from the front main frame (1)
and lock them in the opening
in the rear main frame (9).
NOTE! Remove any plastic or
cardboard safety inserts
before assembly.
STEP 2.
Put the feet (8) onto the rear
base (3).
Fix the front base (2) to the
front main frame (1) with bolts
(45), curved washers (13), and
nuts (6). Then, fix the rear
base (2) to the rear main
frame (9) with bolts (4), curved
washers (5), and nuts (6).
Connect the heart rate cables
(10) to the connecting cables
(26). Fix the front main frame
(1) to rear main frame (2) with
hexagonal bolts (20), spring
washers (42), and flat washers
(21).
STEP 3.
Fix the saddle and seatback
frame (23) to the rear support
(9) with the saddle adjustment
knob (16) and a flat washer
(17).
Install the backrest (25) and
the saddle (24) on the frame
(23) with hexagonal bolts (20)
and flat washers (21).
NOTE! Before using the
device, make sure the saddle
is stable in the guide.
