Why does my Zline RG Ranges burner not ignite?
If a burner on your Zline range doesn't ignite, it could be because the gas supply valve is in the “OFF” position or the gas supply is interrupted.
Why is the flame too high on the low/simmer setting of my Zline Ranges range top burner?
If the range top burner’s low/simmer flame setting is too high on your Zline range, all burners should have been adjusted during installation with the flame adjustment tool that comes with each range. See Installation Manual for how to adjust the burner flame’s height.
