  The wireless Zodiac Controller iAquaLink J-box may stop communicating if signal interference, such as from a 2.4 GHz device, prevents a valid signal transmission. When communication is lost, the iAquaLink screen will display "waiting for connection..." until a good link is re-established, usually within a few seconds.

What to do if my Zodiac Controller iAquaLink says 'Waiting for connection' and the power center switches don't work?

  If your Zodiac Controller iAquaLink displays "Waiting for connection..." and the power center override switches are not working, it could be due to several reasons: 1. A damaged or improperly installed CPU board. Ensure the CPU board is correctly aligned. 2. An incorrect CPU board. For an AquaLink RS system, ensure the CPU board is revision R or later. For a PDA control system, ensure it's revision 6.0. 3. A damaged power center PCB. If the CPU board is correctly installed, consider replacing the power center PCB.

  If some buttons do not operate from the iAquaLink or the power center override switches, it may be due to the wrong CPU board installed at the power center PCB. Ensure that the CPU board is revision R or later for an AquaLink RS system, or revision 6.0 for a PDA control system.
