Tri-Sensor Adapter Installation Kit
This document gives instructions for installing
the Tri-Sensor Adapter on an AquaPure or PureLink
systems.
These instructions were written with safety
as the priority and must be followed exactly. Not
following the written procedure or taking shortcuts may
increase the risk of personal injury. Read through the
instructions completely before starting the procedure.
Before starting the procedure, use the parts lists at
the back of these instructions to identify the parts that
are in your kit.
If any parts are missing from the kit, please
call your local Zodiac distributor for assistance. For
technical assistance, please contact our Technical
Support Department at 1.800.822.7933.
A. Check AquaPure/PureLink Firmware
If the chlorine generator power interface board
rmware is 02110A10, remove the jumper from the
tri-sensor adapter, see Figure 5. All other chlorine
generator power interface board rmwares and AKC13
front boards require the jumper.
Verify the chlorine generator power interface board
rmware.
These instructions are to be used with the following Replacement Kits:

1. On the AquaPure user interface, press "C" Salinity,
"A" Down and "B" Up buttons at the same time.
The rst four sets of two digits shown on the
AquaPure interface is the rmware revision. See
Figure 1.
2. Press "D" to resume normal operation.

Power Interface Board Installation Safety

Turn off all power and follow electrical codes to prevent shock hazards before installation.

Power Off and Disconnect Cable

Turn off power, open power center, and disconnect the tri-sensor cable from the board.

Connect Tri-Sensor Adapter

Connect the tri-sensor cable to the adapter, then the adapter to the power interface board.

Restore Power After Board Installation

Turn on power to AquaPure/PureLink systems and circulation pump after installation.

Installation on AKC13 Front Board

AKC13 Front Board Installation Safety

Turn off power and follow electrical codes to avoid shock hazards before installing on AKC13 front board.

Disconnect Cable from AKC13 Board

Turn off power, open power center, and disconnect the tri-sensor cable from the AKC13 front board.

AKC13 System Cable Requirements

PureLink systems with AKC13 front board require additional cable assembly R0538600 for installation.

Connect Components for AKC13

Connect cable assembly R0538600 and tri-sensor cable to the AKC13 front board.

Calibrate Tri-Sensor Adapter

Calibration Procedure Steps

Install adapter, restore power, wait 4 minutes, then press and hold calibration button for 5 seconds.

Confirm Calibration Status

The 'Flow' indicator illuminates when the tri-sensor adapter is properly calibrated.
