Hangouts
With Hangouts, you can send and receive messages and make
video calls with one person or with a group of people. Whether
you’re sending a message to your friend or having a video call
with your family, Hangouts makes keeping in touch easy.
Signing In to Hangouts
You must sign in to your Google account before you can use
Hangouts.
Touch in the Home Screen and select Hangouts. If you
have signed into several Google accounts, select the account
you want to sign in with.
Starting a Hangout
1. Touch the Start Hangout button + at the top right of your
Hangouts list.
2. Type the person’s name, email address, phone number, or
choose a circle. You can also select one of your contacts
from the list below the search box.
3. At the bottom of the screen, touch either Message or Video
call.
