are to avoid the illegal usage of SIM card and phone.
To Enter PIN code of SIM card and Enter lock code to Unlock the
phone, and then press MENU/SELECT key to confirm to start using the
phone. If inputting wrong PIN three times continuously, SIM card will be
locked by network.
Note：The network provider offers you PIN code (four to eight digits).
You should change PIN code as soon as possible for security.
To set PIN code and Phone lock code, see “6.7 Security Settings”.
2.8.2 Connecting the Network
After powering on and inputting PIN code and Phone lock code, the
phone automatically searches the network available and in state of
standby.
Besides making and answering calls, you can do also:
◆ Press MESSAGE key to enter Messages menu.
◆ Press MENU/SELECT key to enter main Menu.
Press CLR/BACK key to enter Names list.
Note: If “Emergency Mode” appears on the screen, then you can only
send emergency calls.
