Troubleshooting and FAQ’s
Problem Solution
Poor reception
• Move to a location where the network signal
can be properly received.
• Avoid using the phone at such times, or try
again after waiting a short time.
Echo or noise
• Press the End Key and dial again. You may
be switched to a better-quality network trunk or
phone line.
Unable to select certain
features.
• Contact your service provider.
Battery will not charge.
• Contact the dealer.
• Adjust the battery charging environment to
avoid extremes of temperature.
• Check all connectors to make sure all connec-
tions have been properly made.
