Problem Solution
You cannot make
outgoing calls.
• Go to Settings > Calls > Call barring, and
then select Cancel all call barring.
PIN Code is blocked.
• Contact your service provider. If the service pro-
vider provides the SIM card's PUK code, use
the PUK code to unlock the SIM card.
Unable to enter informa-
tion into the phone book.
• Delete unnecessary data from the Contacts.
