IfthePCisconguredwithtwonetworkadapters,itcannotaccesstheequipment
sometimes.Inthiscase,disableonenetworkadapter.Afterthat,thePCcanaccess
theequipmentsuccessfully.
4.VerifythattherewallfunctionisnotenabledonthePC.
Normally,therewallfunctionwillprohibitsomeprogramstoaccessthenetwork.Itis
recommendedtodisabletherewallfunctionoraddtheportstobeaccessedinthe
rewallconguration.
5.ChecktheRUNindicatoroftheRCMUCorRCMUDboardtoverifythattheRCMUC
orRCMUDboardisoperatingproperly.
lIftheRUNindicatorislitredforveseconds,theRCMUCorRCMUDboardis
beingstarted.
lIftheRUNindicatorislitgreen,theRCMUCorRCMUDboardisoperating
properly.
lIftheRUNindicatorisnotlitgreenaftertheRCMUCorRCMUDboardisstarted,
theRCMUCorRCMUDboardmaybefaulty.
6.Iftheproblemstillexistsafterthepreviousoperations,replacethePC.

2.2.1TheReceiveLevelDoesNotReachtheTheoreticalValue
Performthefollowingtroubleshootingsteps:
1.Adjusttheremotetransmittingpowerwithintheallowedtransmittingpowerrange,and
verifythatthelocalReceivedSignalLevel(RSL)iswithinthenormalrange.
2.Verifythattheantennadirectionisalignedwiththemainlobedirection,seeFigure2-2.
