Why is the Zte Set-top boxes remote control failing?

If the remote control for your Zte Set-top box isn't working, there could be several reasons. It might be physically damaged, in which case you'll need a new Bluetooth remote control. The Bluetooth pairing might have failed; try pressing and holding the pairing buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to start pairing. Check if the batteries are missing, installed incorrectly, or dead; install them correctly or replace them. Finally, make sure there are no obstacles between the remote and the STB, and ensure the remote is close enough to the STB.
