the IP address of your computer to be in the same subnet as that of the default Switch
IP address (192.168.1.1).
3.5 Re se tting the Switc h (G S1900- 24EP/ G S1900- 24HPv2/
G S1900- 48HPv2 o nly)
Use the RESTO RE button to reset the Switch back to factory defaults. Use the RESET button to reboot the
Switch.
3.5.1 Re store Button
Press the RESTO RE button for more than 6 seconds until the SYS LED begins to blink. The Switch will
automatically reboot and restore the factory default file. See
Section 3.3 on page 37 for more
information about the LED behavior.
3.5.2 Re bo o t the Switc h
Press the RESET button to reboot the Switch without turning the power off. See
Section 3.3 on page 37 for
more information about the LED behavior.
