20. What can be done if the screen is stuck at "Discovering connection
information" while associating the NAS device with the Polkast account?
Connect the NAS device to a router that is UPnP compatible and has the feature
enabled. If the screen is still stuck after making sure that the UPnP is enabled on
the router, provide the router's detailed configuration and topology for further
investigation.

21. Why can’t the Time Machine volume be found on the NSA325 v2?
Check if the Mac is under the same subnet as the NSA325v2. If they are in the
same subnet, the volume should appear on the Backup Disks pop-up menu.
