36. How should I do if I fail to connect to the remote NAS when I configure
the remote backup target?
Please check the path of the target share that you entered in the Share Name
field for the backup. Make sure the name is not beginning with a forward slash “/”.
37. Why can’t I back up/restore files to/from the set remote target folder?
Currently the NSA325v2 only supports remote Samba shares. If the set remote
target share uses NFS (Network File System) as file sharing protocol, the
NSA325v2 can neither detect it nor perform backup and restore tasks.
38. Why did I fail to access my NSA325v2 behind a router using its host
name?
DynDNS uses port 80 for the service. Please make sure that your router does
not use port 80 for any other service, for example HTTP service.
