What to do if I cannot ping any computer on the LAN using my ZyXEL Communications Gateway?

Check the 10M/100M LAN LEDs on the front panel of your ZyXEL Communications Gateway. At least one of these LEDs should be lit. If both are off, inspect the cables connecting your Gateway to the hub or the station. Additionally, verify that the IP address and subnet mask of both the ZyXEL Communications Gateway and the computers are on the same subnet.
