First, verify that the ZyXEL Communications Gateway is properly connected to the Ethernet jack that provides Internet access. Also, ensure that your Internet gateway device, such as a DSL modem, is functioning correctly. If the issue persists, check the WAN port's status on the Status screen. You might also need to run the installation setup wizard again, ensuring all settings are entered correctly.
