Step 2. Go to Configuration > BWM, enable BWM.
Upload bandwidth budget: 300kbps.
Priority: 7.
(Priority order: 7~1 — Highest ~ Lowest)
Enable Bandwidth Filter.
Service: SIP
Destination: Any
Source: LAN subnet
