Summary

Warnings and Important Information

General Warning

This respirator protects against certain particles. Misuse may result in sickness or death.

Important Pre-Use Instructions

Wearer must read and understand these User Instructions before use.

Intended Use

Effective against particles from grinding, sanding, sweeping, sawing, bagging, minerals, coal, flour, metal, wood, pollen.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use for gases, vapors, oil aerosols, sandblasting, or concentrations exceeding limits.

Biological Particle Protection

Helps reduce exposure to biological particles but cannot eliminate risk of infection.

Respirator Usage Instructions

Occupational Program Requirements

A written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 requirements.

Action During Distress

Leave the contaminated area immediately and contact supervisor if dizziness, irritation, or distress occurs.

Storage When Not In Use

Store the respirator away from contaminated areas when not in use.

Pre-Use Inspection

Inspect respirator before each use for signs of damage, including headbands and noseclip.

User Seal Check

Conduct a user seal check before each use. Do not use if a proper seal cannot be achieved.

Disposal of Used Product

Dispose of used product in accordance with applicable regulations.

Oxygen Deficiency

Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.

Concentration Limits

Do not use when particulate concentrations exceed 10 times the permissible exposure limit or regulations.

Prohibition of Modification

Do not alter, abuse or misuse this respirator.

Facial Hair and Seal

Do not use with beards or facial hair that prevent a good seal.

Scope of Protection

Respirators protect lungs against airborne contaminants, not skin exposure.

Storage and Shelf Life

Storage Conditions

Store in original packaging away from dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, moisture, and chemicals.

Storage temperature range is -20°C (-4°F) to +30°C (+86°F).

Maximum Humidity

Maximum relative humidity for storage should not exceed 80% RH.
