If the Visicheck
Feature indicates a “Marginal” leak rate condition, follow these steps:
- Ensure canister is locked into the unit
- Check the tubing connectors to make sure they are fully engaged and locked
- Use nger to smooth out any creases in the adhesive
- Use Prevena Incision Dressing Patch Strips (located in the dressing package) to help seal leaks.
- Slowly press rmly around dressing edges
