trigger
and hold.
Thread
the
plaid
leader
over the
ribbed
roller
"F",
under
the
smooth roller
"G"
and over
the tape
roll
to
the rewind
wheel
hub.
Refer
to the
arrows
in the
applicator,
Stop when
plaid
leader
reaches
the
back rewind
wheel
and thread
through
slots in
a
"w"
pattern.
Continue
pressing
trigger
and
rotate
rewind
wheel
clockwise
to
bring adhesive
forward
to
the
front roller.
Replace
tape
rewind
cover and
close cover.
Rub
adhesive
back and forlh
on the front
roller
"G"
with
thumb
until
adhesive
breaks,
making
sure
you
do not
br:eak the liner.
To
start application:
Place
(front)
roller
"H"
0n
surlace,
press
trigger,
and
pull
glider
toward
you.
7. To
end
application: Keep
applying
roller
on sufface,
stop,
release
trigger
and
continue
to
pull
glider
toward
you
to
break tape.

To remove
rewound
liner, rotate
and remove
diamond
shaped
tape
rewind
cover
"J".
Remove
liner.
To remove
tape
core,
push
hook
"K"
and remove
tape
core.
Lubrication/Cleaning
Lubrication:
All
shafts
should be
periodically
lubricated
with
white
petroleum
jelly.
cleaning:
Disassemble
as
required.
Remove
excess tape
from
glider
using
50/50
isopropyl
alcohol
and water
solution.
Note: Follow
the
solvent
manufacturer's
precautions
and directions
for
use
when
using solvents.
Re-Loading
in
the middle
of
the roll
lf
you
need
to thread
a
partially
used
tape
roll, first
remove
approximately
10"
0f adhesive
from
the
tape
liner.
Then
continue to load
the
glider
according
to
directions.
