Activating a substitution for the operator phone
You want to forward calls to your operator phone to a different destination.
The function Substitution is used to forward calls intended for operator phones. The
substitution is automatically activated for all the other operator phones as well. Calls
to your Personal key are not affected by the forwarding.
Answering Calls to a Two-Company System
You handle the calls for two different companies on the same operator phone, and the
operator phone is configured as a two-company system.
You receive a call. The LED next to the line key begins to flash.
The display shows whether the call is intended for Company A or B.
Menu
Press the Menu Foxkey.
Settings
Scroll to Settings and press the Select Foxkey.
Operator phone
Scroll to Operator phone and press the Select Foxkey.
Substitution
Activating the substitution:
Scroll to Substitution and press the Select Foxkey.
➔Substitution is now activated.
Reset
To deactivate the substitution:
Press the Reset Foxkey.
➔Substitution is now deactivated.
Notes:
• Calls already on the operator phone when the substitution function is acti-
vated are not forwarded.
• The substitution cannot be activated by remote control.
Pick up the handset.
Call for Company A.
Press the Line key and answer as Company A.
Call for Company B.
Press the Line key and answer as Company B.
