Carrying out some settings
You can make further settings or modifications in the configuration menu.
Room configuration
You can obtain the following information about a room in room configuration:
• Room status: The room is either Vacant or Occupied.
• Cleaning status: The status is either Cleaned, Not cleaned or Inspected.
• Name: type in the guest's name here.
• Wake-up call: activate wake-up call with the time you want. You can select a daily
repetition of the wake-up call as an additional option.
• Notification: activate the notification LED if required by the guest.
• Call charges: gives you an overview of the telephone charges. You can Print or
Delete them.
• Permissions: activate this setting to allow the alternative telephony permissions
defined by your hospitality manager. Contact your hospitality manager for more
information.
• Surcharge calculator: if necessary, select here an appropriate surcharge calculator.
Ask your hospitality manager for the values with which the surcharge calculator are
configured.
• Room-to-room: set the setting to ON when a guest is checking in, so a guest can call
a room from another room. Your hospitality manager defines the standard permis-
sion in the communication system. You can manually modify this setting at any
time during check-in or during a guest's stay.
• Hotline: type in a call number here. This call number is dialled automatically once
the guest lifts the room telephone handset.
Note:
If an incoming call is taken during room configuration, the values not yet saved are
lost.

Scroll to Reception and press the Select Foxkey.
