gearbox
Reference

spare
parts
section.
The
gearbox
for
axis
no
2
is
of
conventional
tooth
gear
type,
manufactured
with
very
high
accuracy.
Service
or
adjustments
of
the
gearbox
are
normally
not
carried
out.
In
the
event
of
failure
the
gearbox
is
exchanged
as
a
complete
unit.
Dismounting:
1.
Position
the
robot’s
upper
and
lower
arms
in
accordance
with
fig.
below.
2.
Dismount
lower
arm
cabling
according
to
section
2.2.
A
NOTE!
It
is
important
that
the
armsystem
of
the
robot
is
fixed
before
the
gearbox
is
removed.
3.
Dismount
cover

from
lower
arm.
4.
Attach
lifting
eyes
on
gearbox
2
in
accordance
with
fig.
