6. Assembly of the switchgear at site
6.6 Fixing of the panels
WARNING
Before fixing the panels side by side be sure that
the bushings are fixed according to "6.5
Installation of the bushing"
Align the switchgear panels on the floor frame for
correct positioning and vertical alignment and
bolt the panels together. It is advisable to start
from the centre when assembling switchgear
with more than 10 panels.
The junction points where the panels should be
fix are as follows:
• Nr.6 in the front side
• Nr.4 in the middle part
• Nr.5 in the rear side
The nuts are already fixed on the right side of the
panel (except in the middle part); on the left side
there is the an empty space where the screws are
to be fixed. The screws needed are:
• M10 x 30 screws (complete with M10 washer)
There is additional hole for strenghtening
sidewalls when motor drive of circuit breaker is
used.
