Discard the test strip properly.
Note: You may also turn the meter
off by Pressing and Holding the
button. If you do not turn your meter
off or pull the test strip out, the
meter shuts off automatically after 60
seconds.

Blood ketone is expected to be lower than 0.6 mmol/L.

Blood ketone may be higher when a person is ill, is fasting,
exercises vigorously, or if blood glucose levels are not
controlled.

Blood ketone result is between 0.6 and 1.5 mmol/L and
blood glucose result is higher than 300 mg/dL:
