Prepare your lancing device.

Wash your hands and the test site
using warm soapy water and dry
them completely.

Open the foil test strip packet at the notch and tear
down to remove the test strip.

With the contact bars (3 black lines)
facing up, insert the test strip into the
strip port.

Push the test strip in until it stops.
The meter turns on automatically.
