What to do if the Fault LED is on in my Ablerex ARES?
    • C
      Corey ValentineJul 30, 2025
First, determine the error code indicated by the LEDs. For Er05 or Er39, check the battery connection and voltage, ensuring the batteries are charged. Recharge them for 8 hours if needed and test the UPS during a simulated power outage. For an overload, disconnect non-critical devices to reduce the load and inspect cables for short circuits. If the UPS is overheating (Er11), clear any obstructions from the vents and check the fan operation. For site wiring or ground faults, check the wiring of the AC source. If fans are out of order (Er14) contact your local dealer for replacement.
