The manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to,
and in no way affects, your statutory rights or
any warranty claims you may have against the
seller of the meter under the terms of your
sales contract.
Be sure to fill out your warranty card that came
with your Accu-Chek Compact system and
return to Roche Diagnostics.

Manufacturer’s warranty:
As part of the Accu-Chek Commitment, Roche
Diagnostics warrants that the meter and lancing device
shall be free from defects in material and workmanship
under the terms as specified on the Warranty Card. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
The meter and lancing device must have been subjected
to normal use. No claim will be entertained if the meter
or lancing device has been improperly handled, used or
serviced, or has been tampered with.
We undertake to repair faulty components free of charge
or, at our discretion, to provide a fault-free replacement
meter.
