Appendix A: Leeson SM4 VFD
This section contains information and settings if the AT Rotary Table is equipped with a Leeson SM4 VFD
controller.
SM4 Drive Parameters and Settings
The SM4 is equipped with a display screen, up-
down, memory, direction, start, and stop buttons.
Note: to change parameters and direction the
motor must be stopped.
To change the speed, start the table and wait for it
to come up to speed. You can adjust the frequency
between 6 and 50. 6 would be 1 RPM and 50
would be 8 RPM.
To set the drive parameters, stop the motor and
press the memory button. The parameter number
will appear. Press the memory button again to
enter the parameter. Set using the up and down
arrows. To save the parameter press memory
again.
