      If the water from your Aclarus Water Dispenser tastes or smells different than normal, several factors could be responsible. It could be due to a power issue, such as the system being off, a malfunctioning generator, or a blown fuse. Check the power connections and operating lights, including the green “Ozone Generator” light. If everything appears normal, the filter may need replacement, or there might be an issue with the source water itself. Inspect all plumbing, tanks, filters, and other system components for damage. If the lights and system appear normal, a filter change may be required. If the system is performing normally, conduct a test on the source water to ensure safety before consumption. Also, check or replace fuses as needed.

      If your Aclarus Water Dispenser system doesn't start when there's a water demand, begin by checking the main power breaker and reset or replace it if necessary. If the main power light is off, but the power switch is in the ON position, cut power to the Aclarus System and check the 15 amp breaker located on the Aclarus control panel and reset or replace it as needed. Also, ensure there is enough flow through the system by turning taps on full and letting them run for a few seconds. Note if low flow fixtures and adjust as required. Remove the aerator from the tap spout and check if the filters are clogged and need replacement. Finally, verify that the source pump or flow switch is activating.
