SHIMMING
The Shimming screen shows bolt values as
suitable shim values (0.05 mm / 1 mil).
Adjust the angular error by placing shims
under the bolts as required.
The arrow shows if shims must be added to
adjust the machine.
The check sign shows that shimming is not
needed.
When shimming is completed, continue to
alignment for adjustments of parallel offset.
