TOLERANCE TABLE
INTRODUCTION
Alignment tolerances depend to a large extent
on the rotation speed of the shafts. Machine
alignment should be carried out within the
manufacturer’s tolerances. The table provided
in EVO can be helpful if no tolerances are
specified. The suggested tolerances can be
used as a starting point for developing in-
house tolerances when the machinery
manufacturer’s recommended tolerances are
not available. The tolerances are the
maximum allowed deviation from desired
values.
It is also possible to enter a customized
tolerance.
