  If your Acquaer Water Pump isn't starting, first ensure it's properly plugged in and the switch or breaker is on. Then, check for any blown fuses, tripped circuit breakers, or tripped GFCI outlets and replace or reset them as needed. If these steps don't solve the issue, the motor's thermal protector might have tripped; allow the pump to cool down to reset it. Finally, check the float ball for obstructions and clear them to ensure free movement.

Low line voltage can also be a culprit, so check the wire size and increase it if needed. Lastly, inspect the check valve to ensure it is not stuck or installed backward. If the issue persists, inspect for wear, damage or clog and clean or replace the pump parts, if needed.
