To remove file from executing list, select it, then click on Remove button.
5.1.11 Providing comments
On the wizard page Template Comments, you’ll be able to provide the
template with a comment that can include any information on the deployment
procedure.

The more details that you include, the lower the risk that you’ll use the
wrong deployment template or make some other mistake.
