Electrode Placements for TENS (cont)
Nausea and Travel Sickness
Place electrodes on the front and back of one
forearm just above the wrist.
Menstrual Pain
Place the electrodes over the tummy area or
across the lower back.
Elbow Pain
Place electrodes either side of the elbow, one
slightly above and one slightly below the joint,
or use four electrodes to cover joint.
Arthritis of fingers and hands
Place one electrode on the top of the hand
and the second close to the elbow on the
inside of the forearm.
