• This unit is equipped with a universal ballast that operates at nominal
voltages between 120 and 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz
• To Reduce the Risk of Electric Shock – Do not use in wet or damp locations;
this equipment emits UV-C radiation; Do not locate equipment in any
location allowing direct line-of-sight to vents, returns, or other duct openings
• DO NOT use this unit with an extension cord
