REPLACING THE BALLAST
2. Open the ballast housing by
removing the four (4) screws, then remove
the cover.
1. Disconnect (unplug) power cord from
unit.

• Never attempt to check operation of the ActivePure
®
Cell(s) by direct
observation; severe eye damage can result; use the indicator lamps on the
bottom of the ballast only
• Disconnect power at the breaker or fuse panel before servicing unit; always
follow OSHA lockout procedures to prevent accidental exposure to electrical
energy; release of energy during service or maintenance activities
