− Use some kitchen paper to wipe the
scraper underneath the rollers from
time to time, even while making pasta
(in large quantities).
− Clean the device with a brush and a
small wooden stick. Make sure it is
absolutely clean.
− Should the rollers become squeaky
over time, grease them with a little
olive or cooking oil so that they turn
smoothly.
− The device and accessories must be clean and completely dry before putting them
into storage.
