2-Way Voice Operation (User)
If programmed, this feature allows an individual with a valid 6-digit
access code to listen and/or talk to individuals on the premises after
first calling the premises and then entering the access code from a
TouchTone (multi-frequency) telephone keypad.
Modes
The system provides three 2-way voice-operating modes that you can
select via telephone key presses.
2-Way Voice Operating Modes
Mode Description
Talk Allows you to talk through all inside stations simultaneously or
through one selected inside or outside station.
Listen Allows you to listen through all inside stations simultaneously or
through one selected inside or outside station.
VOX (2-way
conversation)
Allows you to hold a hands-free conversation with individuals at
all inside stations simultaneously or at one selected inside or
outside station.
